Error for EndNote Online Search - "Host refused connection"

When I attempt an EndNote Online Search, I receive the following error message: "Host refused connection at TCP level." How do I fix this?

If you receive this error, you need to make the following changes to your EndNote settings to fix it:

  1. From the pull-down menu, select "Edit -> Connection Files -> Open Connection Manager"
  2. Scroll through the connection list and look for "U Iowa"
  3. Highlight it and click "Edit"
  4. Change the following connection settings:

Server address:
Database name: 01IOWA_INST
Port ID: 1921

You can then save this connection as a "U Iowa copy." A screenshot is attached.
