RefWorks is a service on the web where you can store, organize and share citations (references) to articles, books and other sources. Many library databases, including InfoHawk and Smart Search, have an "export" feature for sending citations to your RefWorks account.
You create a free account for yourself on the RefWorks server by starting at the link above. RefWorks also includes a free add-in to Microsoft Word (already installed on ITC computers) called Write-N-Cite that helps you insert references into your paper and format the bibliography automatically.
