Most loans from our collection (including books, journals, DVDs, etc.) can be renewed online, in person at a service desk, or by phone, but overdue or recalled items can't be renewed.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the My Library --> Renew My Books option from the library homepage OR go to InfoHawk+ and sign in (then click the drop-down menu under your name). You'll use your Hawk ID and password OR Community Borrower credentials to sign in.
2. View the list of loans and look for those items with a status that says Renewable
3. Click the checkbox next to each item you'd like to renew, or Renew All, while being sure to check for items not renewed
