Q. What do I do if my interlibrary loan account says that I've been disavowed?
We recently upgraded our ILL software and asked our patrons to re-register. Your old ILL account has been disavowed but you have a new account that is active. To prevent your browser automatically going to the old account you will need to clear your browser’s cache or try using a different browser to login. Here is a link to the NEW ILL service: http://www.lib.uiowa.edu/services/illdd/. If you need directions for clearing your browser's cache, search Google for: clear browser cache [browser name].
