Find bankruptcy transactions using:
- PitchBook (note: personal account required) - select Companies & Deals ---> Deal Types --> Distress.
For bankruptcy case decisions, go to NexisUni (formerly LexisNexis).* Use the All Sources option to search for circuit bankruptcy to find cases in a specific circuit. Note that these do not include the bankruptcy filing documents. Use Cheetah (formerly CCH Intelliconnect). for bankruptcy law information.

The UCLA-LoPucki Bankruptcy Research Database contains data on all of the more than one-thousand large public companies that have filed bankruptcy cases since October 1, 1979.
For bankruptcy statistics:
- American Bankruptcy Institute has monthly state and district filings back to 2012.
- Bankruptcy yearbook, almanac & directory (print journal)
- US Bankruptcy Court Caseload Statistics Data Tables - select bankruptcy filings under the Publication Name drop-down. Includes cases by chapter, district and county. Their data is also aggregated in Statista.
