Basic information about members of a company's current board of directors can be found in standard directory resources such as Mergent Online.

Use FactSet, available on select computers in the Business Library or virtually.  Search the company's profile for board information and relationships. Post-merger board and management positions are also searchable in FactSet through MergerMetrics.
