Where can I find the average yields for Moody's and S&P rated corporate bonds?

Answer

Use Bloomberg, available on select computers in the Business Library.

  • For Moody's: Type MOOD press <Index> and then press <GO>.
  • For S&P: Type SPWC press <Index> and then press <GO>.

Use Global Financial Data (GFD). Note: Users must authenticate with their HawkID, then log in to GFD.

  • Click on GFDatabase
  • Use the drop-down for Series Type and select Corporate Bond Yields
  • Select a geography and time frame
  • Click on Search
