Q. Does the Engineering Library have a scanner?

Yes. The Engineering Library has 3 scanners in 2 scanning stations.

One station is a Face-Up Scanner. The other station has a BookEdge Scanner and an ADF Scanner. 

Both of these stations are found on the main floor of the library by the printers.
