Special Collections & Archives is located on the third floor of the Main Library

The Special Collections reading room, shared by University Archives and the International Dada Archive, is also located on the third floor of the Main Library, and is where the collections are accessible to the public.

The Iowa Women’s Archives reading room is just down the hallway on the same floor, though they maintain different open hours.

While walk-ins are welcome in both reading rooms during our open hours, we encourage visitors to register and request materials in advance using our Aeon registration system.
