If you would like to add library staff to your ICON course so they can assist you with building your course reserves list:

1. Go to the People option in the menu on the left side of the screen.

Select People from the menu on the left side in ICON

2. Choose the +People option on the right side of the screen

3. Use the email address of the library staff member to add them to the Library Reserve role in ICON.

Add your the library staff person by using their email and choosing Library Reserve for their role.

* If you are exclusively using Course Materials+ (CM+) to build your course reserve list, you are not required to add library staff to your ICON course in the manner shown above, but sometimes it is nice to do this so we can assist with demonstrations or resolving issues. You can add Libraries resources (books, e-books, streaming videos, DVDs, book chapters, etc.) from the catalog, request scans, request the purchase of materials, and contact the library through CM+. For more information, please visit the CM+ guide.
