Requests (aka holds) can be cancelled by following these steps:

  1. Sign-in to InfoHawk+ and go to My Account
  2. Choose Requests
  3. Click Cancel next to the item(s) you would like to cancel
  4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Staff are also available to cancel the request at or 319-335-5299.
