Q. Can I post on the bulletin boards in the Main library?
Yes, you may post printed posters, flyers, or other visual materials on the bulletin board, outside the restrooms on the 1st floor of the Main Library.
Students, staff, faculty, as well as the general public may post according to the following guidelines:
- Signs must include the date posted or date of event and may be posted no more than two weeks in advance of an event. Undated and early notices will be removed. Properly posted signs may be removed after two weeks or after the date of an event.
- No more than one sign for the same item may be posted on the bulletin board. All other signs will be removed. Signs up to 8.5″ x 11″ are preferred, but signs up to 11″ x 17″ are permitted if space allows.
- Main Library staff reserves the right to remove flyers when they’re outdated, the bulletin board becomes full, or do not follow federal or university policies.
