Q. I placed a hold on an item but no longer need the item. How do I cancel this?


If you have not yet received an e-mail letting you know that your items are ready to be picked up, you can cancel your requests by going to My Account in InfoHawk+. If you have already received that e-mail, please contact us at lib-maincirc@uiowa.edu to cancel your request.
