Q. I booked an appointment to pick up my holds, but I am not longer able to keep that appointment. How do I reschedule?


To book another appointment, follow the link in your hold notice and schedule another date and time.

To serve as many users as possible, we ask that you have only one active appointment at a time, so if you are not able to reschedule, please make sure that any previous appointments you had for that day have been cancelled.
