InfoHawk+ searches our physical materials (books, DVDs, etc.), as well electronic articles from academic journals, news articles from newspapers and magazines, and ebooks. Start by going to the UI Libraries' website at lib.uiowa.edu. You will see the InfoHawk+ search bar near the top of the front homepage.

Type in a subject, topic, book, or author you wish to search for. See the example below.

Depending on what you type in you will see a variety of search results that come up.

You will also find filters on the left side of the page you can apply to narrow or focus your search results.

If you wish to view more details or access an item's record, simply click on the title to bring up more information, such as the link to the article's full text, or where a physical item is located.
